**Holiday Shipping**

Guaranteed Christmas delivery for all domestic orders placed on or before December 18th.
Guaranteed Christmas delivery for all international orders placed on or before November 19th.

We typically ship all orders 1-2 business days after they are placed and use United States Post Office and FedEx as our main carriers. We ship from Phoenix, AZ. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships which will include a link to your tracking information. Shipping within the United States

Free Domestic Shipping at $39 -- All orders shipped within the United States that are $39 and over qualify for free shipping. This only applies to standard shipping (which usually takes 2 -5 business days). Customers will need to pay for express shipping if they choose that option.

International Shipping

We ship to 220 countries around the world! There's a good chance we ship to you.
We offer two rates for International Shipping.

Standard International Shipping generally starts at $19.99 and it generally takes 12 to 60 days for your order to arrive. Partial refunds are available for shipping issues -- please email service@bellavitabags.com with any concerns.
Priority International Shipping generally starts at $29.99 and it generally takes 6 to 12 days for your order to arrive. Full refunds are available for shipping issues -- please email service@bellavitabags.com with any concerns.

Please note that VAT/Duties charges may apply to your order & are not included in the shipping cost.

If a return is necessary, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and a return label.
We will process all replacement & refund requests quickly
Please note that returns for reasons other than a defect with the product we prefer the item to be unused, but we take each issue on a case by case basis.
