Our Policies

Minimum Order

Bella Vita has a $10 minimum retail order. All prices are in USD.


**Holiday Shipping**

  • Guaranteed Christmas delivery for all domestic orders placed on or before December 18th.
  • Guaranteed Christmas delivery for all international orders placed on or before November 19th.

We typically ship all orders  1-2 business days after they are placed and use United States Post Office and FedEx as our main carriers. We ship from Phoenix, AZ. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships which will include a link to your tracking information. If you need a quicker time frame than our shipping options please give us a call at (480) 827-3638.

Shipping within the United States

  • Free Domestic Shipping at $39 -- All orders shipped within the United States that are $39.00 and over qualify for free shipping. This only applies to standard shipping (which usually takes 2 -5 business days). Customers will need to pay for express shipping if they choose that option. 

International Shipping

  • We ship to 220 countries around the world! There's a good chance we ship to you.
  • We offer two rates for International Shipping.
    • Standard International Shipping starts at $19.99 and it generally takes 12 to 60 days for your order to arrive. Partial refunds are available for shipping issues -- please email with any concerns.
    • Priority International Shipping starts at $29.99 and it generally takes 6 to 12 days for your order to arrive. Full refunds are available for shipping issues -- please email with any concerns.
  • Please note that VAT/Duties charges may apply to your order & are not included in the shipping cost.


    Returns & Replacements

    If for any reason you're not happy with your PortoVino, please let us know! We want to make sure you love it! 

    • Please send an email to explaining the issue
    • Include photos if necessary & possible
    • If a return is necessary, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and a return label. 
    • We will process all replacement & refund requests quickly
    • Please note that returns for reasons other than a defect with the product we prefer the item to be unused, but we take each issue on a case by case basis. 

      All return requests must be made within 30 days after your order has arrived. 


        Order Cancellation

        Please email to cancel your order.

        • If we have not yet shipped your order, we will cancel and refund your money.
        • If your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for returning the item(s) for a refund.



        Sales tax is only charged on orders placed in Arizona.
