RETAIL CUSTOMERS – FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. Is there a minimum order??
A. Yes, but only $10.
Q. How much is shipping?
A. If your order ships in the United States, there is a flat rate applied to any orders below $39. Over $39 - your order ships free!
If you are shipping internationally shipping generally starts at $19.99 for the slowest option.
Q. How do you ship?
A. We will generally ship with either Fed Ex ground or with USPS.
Q. This is urgent, can you ship overnight??
A. Yes, but please make a note in the order that you require overnight shipping services as additional fees will apply.
Q. How quickly can you ship my order?
A. Bella Vita will ship your order within 1 business day of receipt of order.
Q. Where do you ship from?
A. Bella Vita ships from Phoenix, Arizona.
Q. Will you ship outside of the US?
A. Yes! International shipping rates do apply and do not include any VAT or Duties that may be added by your country.
Q. What type of payment do you accept?
A. Bella Vita accepts credit cards only, including: Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, etc.
Q. Do you charge sales tax?
A. Bella Vita only has to charge sales tax for Arizona customers at the standard government regulated rate.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Please email email@example.com to cancel your order. If we have not yet shipped your order, we will cancel and refund your money. Should your shipment have already shipped, you will be responsible for returning the item(s) for credit.
Q. I need to return my item, what do I do?
A. If you are not satisfied with your item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and inform Bella Vita why you would like to return it.
If your item is defective or you received the wrong product:
-Please send an email indicating the issue
-Include a photo if damaged
-Indicate whether you would like a refund or replacement
Upon receiving your email, we will contact you with further instructions. If it is necessary to return the item, we will ask that you send us the product. Upon receipt, we will provide you with full credit of both shipping and the sales price of the item.
Q. My item is not defective - I just don’t like it or changed my mind?
A. If you would like to return a non-defective item, please send an email to email@example.com and inform Bella Vita. We will provide you with a Return Authorization # (RA#). We will ask that you send the item back. Upon receipt, we will issue credit for the sales price that you paid for the item.
Q. Can I return my item at any time?
A. Bella Vita will honor all returns within 30 days from the day you received it as long as the merchandise is in its original packaging. After 30 days, we will not accept returns.
